Epic Collective is seeking a Events Crew

You will report to the PARC Manager. You will be part of the Management Office to work on administrative duties, daily operations and assist in on-going events. You will also be community-facing representing PARC. This role requires you to be physically present at PARC, the community hub in Taman Subang Ria.

Responsibilities and duties

• Event Setup and Execution
  
  
  
  • Assist in the setup and takedown of event venues and equipment.
  
  
  • Support event logistics, including stage setup, seating arrangements, and audiovisual needs.
  
  
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event materials.
  
  
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in managing event schedules and timelines.
  
  
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate event requirements.
  
  
  • Support event attendees and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  
  
  • Assist in maintaining event records, including attendance, feedback, and logistical details.
  
  
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation related to events.

Qualifications

• Residents of Subang are highly encouraged


• Sociable and has good communication skills


• Physically fit and energetic


• Basic grasp on social media graphic design, photography and videography


• Speaks English fluently


• Speaking other Malaysian languages and experience working with events and/or property management is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Event based & ad-hoc


• Shifts may occur over weekends and public holidays


• Shifts are on average 6 hours


• Shifts are in-person, physically stationed at PARC

Payment Rate

• Standard rate is Ringgit Malaysia ten (RM10.00) per hour.


• The rate on public holiday as gazetted by the Government of Malaysia or the State Government of Selangor Darul Ehsan, then the Fee shall be adjusted to a rate of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) per hour.
