Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd is actively seeking a hands-on Recruitment Lead to head our Recruitment Department and secure talent for brands and outlet locations. Focus areas include frontline retail recruitment and EMAX Academy student and trainee recruitment, covering beauticians, therapists, sales consultants, and outlet managers.

You will lead the recruitment team, source candidates, conduct interviews, close offers, and build sustainable candidate pipelines while partnering with Retail

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience recruiting frontline employees across multiple outlets/locations
• Experience in beauty/retail/hospitality or customer-facing service environments an advantage
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coach recruiters
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery for frontline roles across the Group’s brands and locations
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing to joining
• Coach and manage the recruitment team and set performance targets
• Develop sourcing strategies including partnerships with education institutions
• Drive academy recruitment and placement partnerships
• Manage recruitment campaigns, content, and employer branding
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and allocate resources effectively
