Job summary

Vision Building is offering an internship in its events team located at ARMS Campus, Sri Petaling. You will participate in planning and delivering team building and training programs, gaining hands-on experience from preparation to on-site coordination.

You will support pre-event logistics, on-site execution, content capture, and post-event feedback, with a clear path to transition into a full-time Event Management Executive role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-event planning, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Support on-site execution such as registration, client assistance, and activity setup.
• Help capture event moments through photos, videos, or content notes.
• Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth program flow.
