Brightstar Computer seeks energetic event crew for the IOI City Resort, Dengkil, Selangor. You will assist in setting up and dismantling booths, provide friendly service to attendees, and distribute promotional materials during the event.

Qualifications

• Assist in setup and dismantling of event booths and displays.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to event attendees.
• Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and samples to visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space.
• Support the sales team by engaging with potential customers and highlighting product features.
• Collaborate with other event crew members to ensure smooth event operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup/dismantling per event layouts and company standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to attendees.
• Distribute promotional items to engage potential customers and create brand awareness.
• Keep the event space clean and organized for a positive environment.
• Support sales by guiding attendees to sales reps and collecting basic info.
• Work with team to troubleshoot issues and maintain safety and decorum.
