Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events or customer service is an advantage (not required)
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate items
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Support event operations during the event day
• Guide and assist attendees/guests as needed
• Manage crowd control and ensure smooth flow of event activities
• Distribute gifts, samples, or promotional materials
• Keep track of stock and ensure controlled distribution
• Maintain tidiness at the distribution areas
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event area
• Follow instructions from event supervisors or coordinators
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within given timelines
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor immediately
