Job summary

Brightstar Computer is seeking energetic event staff to join our team for a promotional event at IOI City Resort, Dengkil, Selangor. You will assist in setting up and dismantling booths, greet attendees, answer inquiries, and highlight product features while maintaining a welcoming space.

Collaborate with other crew members, stay punctual for shifts, and follow supervisor instructions to ensure smooth event operations. Casual wear is encouraged and a fun environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Assist in setup and dismantling of event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to event attendees, answering inquiries and directing them as needed.
• Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and samples to visitors during the event.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
• Support the sales team by engaging with potential customers and highlighting product features.
• Collaborate effectively with other event crew members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Follow instructions from event supervisors and adhere to company guidelines throughout the event.
• Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
