Job summary

Kagina Pte Ltd in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer to own end-to-end administration of Microsoft 365 workloads, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID and Windows Autopilot across the enterprise.

You will drive OS patching, software deployment, compliance reporting and tenant security, with a focus on co-management, device provisioning and automating workflows using PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Entra ID Hybrid/Cloud Join and Autopilot
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, software deployment, eDiscovery and tenant security investigations

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, and co-management frameworks.
• Drive OS patching, software deployment, compliance reporting, and endpoint security baselines.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, and SharePoint/OneDrive site policies.
• Administer Entra ID access controls, conditional access policies, Purview compliance, retention labeling, and access reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis on application failures, sync errors and tenant health incidents.
• Streamline tenant administration, licensing rightsizing, and device lifecycle flows using PowerShell and enterprise change control processes.

Job description

As an Endpoint systems engineer you will own end-to-end administration of Microsoft 365 workloads, modern endpoint management (Intune, MECM/SCCM), identity security, and automated device provisioning across enterprise and maintaining enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant services, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, co-management, and endpoint security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own administration of Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and co-management frameworks. Drive OS patching, software deployment, compliance reporting, and endpoint security baselines.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow/transport rules, and SharePoint/OneDrive site policies.
• Administer Entra ID access controls, conditional access policies, Purview compliance, retention labeling, and periodic access reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis on application failures, sync errors, non-compliant endpoints, and tenant health incidents.
• Streamline tenant administration, licensing rightsizing, and device lifecycle flows using PowerShell and enterprise change control processes.

About you

• 5+ years of enterprise experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant workloads and managing enterprise endpoints using Intune and Configuration Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Entra ID (Hybrid/Cloud Join), Windows Autopilot, conditional access policies, and patch management.
• Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting, application packaging, software deployment, eDiscovery, and tenant security investigations.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration, technical documentation, and ITIL change management skills.
