Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum three years experience in industrial gases, logistics, or related sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and ESG experience a plus.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient management of Electronics Specialty Gases (ESG) operations, supporting the supply, storage, and distribution of products to meet customer and business requirements
• Furthermore, you will lead warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality assurance activities while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
• Customer support and operational excellence will be an important part of your role, as you collaborate closely with customers, supply chain partners, and regional technical experts to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
• Additionally, you will champion SHEQ initiatives, support audits and compliance activities, and promote a strong culture of safety throughout all operations
• You will also provide technical guidance, manage key stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of Linde's Electronics Specialty Gases business

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with experience in industrial gases, specialty gases, warehouse operations, logistics, or process industries
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience, preferably in industrial gases, specialty gases, warehouse operations, logistics, or process industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
• Customer-focused and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Well-organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AutoCAD and Electronics Specialty Gases (ESG) is an added advantage
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellencts
