Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor (Contract) to lead and optimize daily distribution operations in Pulau Indah, Klang, Selangor.

You will focus on safety, efficiency, reliability, and service excellence while coordinating with cross-functional teams to boost customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. The role requires a Diploma or pre-university qualification with at least 3 years in logistics, English and local language proficiency, and familiarity with SAP or ERP

Qualifications

• Diploma or pre-university qualification, preferably in Science, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with exposure to cryogenic industry a plus.
• Good command of English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in transporter and contractor management, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, transportation regulations and compliance.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum Diploma or pre-university qualification, preferably in Science, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with exposure to the cryogenic industry being an added advantage
• Good command of English and the local language, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience in transporter and contractor management, as well as liaising with regulatory authorities
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to operational excellence
