Job summary

Celestica Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated ESD Specialist to uphold electrostatic discharge controls within our production facilities. You will conduct periodic ESD verification, generate detailed reports, and troubleshoot noncompliant elements to maintain high quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or Quality Management, with at least two years of ESD management experience and familiarity with ANSI ESD S20.20.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESD management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong experience in ESD measurements, problem-solving, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ESD compliance verification periodically for all ESD elements and tools.

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Conduct ESD compliance verification periodically for all ESD elements and tools.

Provide ESD verification reporting

Troubleshoot and fix any noncompliance ESD elements in production.

Support ESD measurement equipment calibration activity with supplier.

Highlight any ESD findings or issues to superior for immediate actions.

Support Manager in terms of qualification, training, documentation if required.

Perform ESD audit and follow up on corrective actions

To support ESD Entrance System , ESD attire management and trainings

Must willing to adapt and work under pressure.

Educational background:Diploma / Equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

ESD expertise:Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESD management, with hands‑on expertise in ANSI ESD S20.20 Standard. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Quality skills:Strong experience in ESD measurements, problem-solving, and audits.

Language proficiency:Fluency in English and Malay to facilitate effective communication with internal stake holders

Motivation and adaptability:High motivation and ability to perform under pressure with a results‑driven approach.

Assists and supports the ESD Manager by providing production expertise to resolve ESD/Quality issues within the production operation. Monitors and execute ESD process and ESD Control Program. May provide functional guidance or demonstrate work methods to new employees.
