We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Lead Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic and growing organization that enables industry leaders to deliver products that leave positive impacts on the world.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of technical solutions in multiple market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and customers to develop world‑class products in highly regulated markets.
- Use EE development processes & workflows to realize products on a PCBA and product/system level.
- Lead and execute product realization from conceptual stages through manufacturing transition.
- Support the development of technical proposals for customers, providing technical solutions to realize concepts and estimating associated labor and material costs.
- Recognize the relevant technical area as a subject‑matter expert.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulations and best practices to contribute to the advancement of design best practices, procedures, quality, efficiency or the acquisition of new capabilities within the organization.
- Passionate about solving complex issues and innovating under tight project requirements.
Design for Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
- Ensure products are manufacturable and collaborate with manufacturing partners for seamless production and timely delivery.
- Identify and evaluate materials/components and manufacturing processes that align with product requirements and are cost‑effective.
- Proficient in product development life cycle processes and comply with product quality standards.
Technical Leadership
- Demonstrate “People & Team Leadership Behaviors” as per Celestica Leadership Imperatives.
Project Management (Technical Leadership Context)
- Manage/lead complex engineering projects in‑discipline and cross‑functional.
- Create project or change management plans and ensure delivery within time and budget; recognize barriers and develop mitigation plans.
Technical Competencies
- Experience designing digital circuits and systems that include digital controller design covering MPU/MCU/FPGA/GPU storage and memory device interfaces.
- Familiar with digital interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, LVDS, SerDes, etc.
- SI & PI simulation and validation.
- Proficient with schematic & layout design tools (OrCAD, Cadence Concept/Allegro, Altium Designer).
- Good understanding of product EMC, Safety & Environmental compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with HDL and IP design such as VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; PhD with fewer industrial working experience is welcome.
- Minimum 5–10 years of direct working experience in embedded electrical and electronic product design within a multidisciplinary environment and having completed multiple product development cycles.
- Good knowledge of industrial standards and system‑level environmental compliance.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, ability to work in an international team.
- Good teamwork attitude, collaboration and communication skills.
- Business travel possible (including overseas travel).
Physical Demands
- Performed in a normal office environment.
- May require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, calculator) are frequently required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Typical Experience
- 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry.
Typical Education
Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational requirements may vary by geography.
