Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team focused on Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control and failure analysis within an EMS environment. You will guide root-cause investigations, containment actions, and preventive measures to ensure product conformance to ESD, yield, quality, cost, and reliability requirements.

Coach a team of cleanliness and Electrostatic Control to ensure comprehensive coverage of contamination failure analysis, identifying the root cause, containment actions, solutions, and preventive measures.
Proficiency in technical activities that are related to manufacturing with engineering approaches for the implementation of solutions to closure and ensure sustainable good results of ESD control.
Supervises subordinates in responsibility to accomplish the job in the most effective way.
Enhance and capability to carry out failure analysis capability with the team related to ESD management, control and improvement action.
Develops subordinate's performance in continuously of failure analysis skills with proper training and supervision.
Build up effective teamwork for both internal and external organizations.
Coordinates and Provides solution support for Production, Process, and Tooling that is related to failure analysis activities to ensure product conformance to ESD, yield, quality, cost, and reliability requirements.
Establishes KPI and appropriate performance report.
Derive and develop corrective action + preventive action for long term future improvement on ESD failure based on lessons learned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or similar major.
5 years working experience in EMS environment and proven supplier quality control.
Certified for IPC-A 600 and experience in supplier audit program is highly desired.
Well organized and structured with strong skills to work independently.
Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
Teamwork, team player and result oriented person.
