Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an ESH Coordinator to promote and monitor environmental, safety and health standards across our facilities.

You will conduct inspections, report findings, assist in implementing ESH programs, and liaise with suppliers. Fresh graduates are encouraged; a Diploma in OSH is required and an OSH certification is preferred. Training will be provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO certification systems is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote ESH awareness through communication, campaigns and training.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and monitor ESH compliance.
• Identify and report ESH findings, hazards and non-compliance to Supervisor/HOD.
• Assist in implementing ESH programs, improvements, HIRARC, investigations and audits.
• Monitor security and contractors’ activities to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Liaise with departments, suppliers and service providers on ESH matters.
• Manage ESH documentation, records, purchasing, stock and statutory submissions.
