Job summary

Hyva – Global IT Solutions is seeking a Business/Solution Analyst – Finance for its Regional Hub/SSC in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on translating business needs into ERP solutions, collaborating with global owners, and supporting post-implementation IT services across multiple time zones.

You will participate in all project lifecycle stages, contribute to documentation, and help ensure solutions align with Hyva’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
1–3 years ERP implementation experience; consulting exposure preferred.
Exposure to Financial ERP processes (AP, AR, GL, FA, Warehouse, P2P, Q2C, PiP).

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional IT solutions within ERP and other applications.
Collaborate with global business process owners to improve IT services and processes.
Participate in all project lifecycle phases: requirements, documentation, UAT, data migration, go-live support.
Prepare project documentation for end-users and support teams; contribute to reporting on progress.
Validate solutions with senior BA; assist in basic QA testing and ensure requirements are met.
Provide first-level post-implementation support and user training.
Participate in change management and coordinate with vendors and SMEs.
