Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Strong SQL Server administration and SQL query skills.
• Experience configuring and securing Epicor ERP.
• Proficient in SSRS report development.
• Knowledge of BAQ, dashboards, BPM in Epicor.
• Understanding APIs and EDI integrations.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; able to work cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epicor ERP user access, security settings, and performance.
• Provide daily ERP operational support for business processes.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with Epicor support.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and system solutions.
• Perform ERP upgrades, testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement through ERP optimization and automation.
