Job summary

Nomura's Global Markets division in Malaysia seeks an experienced equities professional to deliver best execution for client orders and support monetization of research ideas. You will coordinate trades for local and international clients and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships within a dynamic market environment.

The role requires 4–8 years of equity product experience, strong communication, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on market

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Malaysian Equity products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethics and display high level of integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Motivated to take initiative to grow the franchise.
• Good understanding of market microstructure and local regulation.
• Good client relationship with local and international asset managers.
• Good Understanding of Equity Trading System and Algorithm.

Responsibilities

• Provide best execution for stocks for Nomura’s clients.
• Help monetize Nomura research products and trading ideas and coordinate client servicing.
• Source and cross block trades for local and international clients.
