Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a Mold Equipment Technician to join our team. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations of mold equipment, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues swiftly.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, coordinate supplier service, and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions to optimize tool reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

Fresh diploma graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or any relevant area of study.
Or, up to 2 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Exposure to mold equipment maintenance would be added advantages.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation of mold equipment.
Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups to solve issues efficiently.
Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce downtime.
Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
Prepare technical reports and summarize findings with recommended solutions.

Texas Instruments is looking for a mold Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation. You will interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the site to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
