Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking a Mold Equipment Technician in Melaka to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation of mold equipment. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Ideal candidates are fresh diploma graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic fields or individuals with up to 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing; exposure to mold equipment maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh diploma graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or any relevant area of study.
• Or, up to 2 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Exposure to mold equipment maintenance would be added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems

Texas Instruments is looking for a mold Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation. You will interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the site to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems

Qualifications

• Fresh diploma graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or any relevant area of study.
• Or, up to 2 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Exposure to mold equipment maintenance would be added advantages.
