Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Diploma-qualified maintenance technician in Penang who will perform routine preventive maintenance and promptly troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime. You will support daily manufacturing operations by setting up equipment, responding to alarms, and assisting engineers during process adjustments.

The role requires reading technical drawings and working under safety SOPs, and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Willingness to work in shift operations and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Good teamwork, communication, and discipline in following safety and SOP requirements.
