Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Vocational training or equivalent in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production procedures and ability to handle non-routine situations.
• Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and pack products according to specifications.
• Program, set up, and monitor production equipment and processes.
• Perform quality control checks on incoming materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Assist in developing methods to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Interact with internal teams to exchange information and resolve issues.
