Job summary

Gettop in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance engineer to troubleshoot equipment, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. You will ensure production equipment is calibrated and in good condition, while providing technical support and training to operators.

Develop preventive maintenance plans and participate in equipment improvement initiatives to boost reliability and performance across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical).
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with production equipment, assembly machines, or automated systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, control systems, or equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all production equipment and machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Support equipment improvement and upgrade activities to enhance performance and reliability.
