Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data on SMT machine performance, including downtime, cycle time, and utilization rates.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with SMT engineers to identify areas to improve machine efficiency and throughput.
• Root Cause Analysis: Assist in root cause analysis of frequent machine stoppages or performance issues.
• Machine Monitoring: Work with maintenance and production teams to monitor machine performance in real-time.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document findings and present data-driven solutions to engineering and management teams.
• Support Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
