Job summary

Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive technician to support our cleanroom operations, directly impacting manufacturing success by driving preventive and predictive maintenance to boost tool availability.

You will collaborate with Process Engineering to optimize tool parameters, apply Lean Manufacturing, SPC and 8D methodologies, and mentor junior technicians while upholding ISO, EHS and quality standards in a full cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome with comprehensive training; experienced professionals in semiconductor wafer fab also considered.
Shift flexibility: normal or rotating shifts.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with Lean manufacturing, SPC and 8D methodologies.
Able to thrive in a Class cleanroom with full PPE and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize tool reliability (MTBF).
Respond to hardware/software anomalies and lead critical troubleshooting to minimize downtime (MTTR).
Collaborate with Process Engineering to optimize tool parameters and improve wafer yield (CPK).
Ensure precise calibrations and strict adherence to process, EHS and ISO standards.
Develop SOPs/OCAPs and mentor junior technicians.
