Job summary
SM ULTIMATE VENTURES ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and EPIC projects.
The role focuses on PLC programming, SCADA systems, electrical design, and engineering documentation to lead EPIC activities from design through commissioning. You will develop electrical designs, configure Schneider and Omron PLCs, and design Citect SCADA and VIJEO DESIGNER apps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and EPIC projects.
- Strong PLC programming, SCADA, electrical design, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary tasks from design to commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review electrical designs including load calculations and schematics.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot Schneider and Omron PLCs.
- Design Citect SCADA and VIJEO DESIGNER applications.
- Prepare FDS, FAT, SAT, and related documentation and procedures.
- Produce engineering drawings, isometrics, and P&ID documents.
- Support procurement with technical specifications and vendor evaluation.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing; ensure safety and quality.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to hit milestones.
