Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the EOL Package Saw area and execute preventive maintenance plans. You will also perform line machine troubleshooting and monitor downtime to drive improvements in overall equipment effectiveness.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical and a minimum of 2 years in a related field. You will develop maintenance programs and train technicians to ensure smooth production operations.

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Preventive Maintenance planning and development programs for the designated area on EOL Package Saw.
• Perform line machine trouble-shooting and monitor equipment downtime to implement improvements.
• Investigate causes of machine breakdowns and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Track and update machine performance metrics such as MTBA, MTBF, MTTA, MTTR and OEE.
• Develop and train technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire designated area on EOL Package Saw. Carry out Preventive Maintenance planning and development programs.
• Responsible for the equipment hard down and perform line machine trouble-shooting. Equipment down time monitoring and improvement plan.
• Investigates causes of machine breakdowns and implement improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Track and update periodically machine performance MTBA, MTBF, MTTA, MTTR and OEE.
• To develop and train the technicians on equipment operation & troubleshooting skill.
