Job summary

Top Glove is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer to ensure rules are followed and a safe workplace is maintained. You will operate and monitor IETS systems, track monthly performance, and ensure regulatory discharge standards are met.

Fresh graduates are welcome; in-house training is provided. English proficiency and ability to work independently in an industrial plant environment are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related wastewater treatment studies.
• CePIETSO certificate qualifications are an added advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Results oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS rules are followed and maintain a safe workplace.
• Operate and monitor effluent treatment systems (IETS).
• Track and report monthly IETS performance.
• Ensure discharge complies with regulatory standards.
• Plan and carry out maintenance for IETS equipment.
• Assist in implementing ISO 14001/quality systems and related projects.
