Job summary

Fuji SMT (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive technician to assist in machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance in our SMT production line in Penang. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with SMT experience are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine maintenance, or technical support will be an added advantage.
• Experience with AOI, SPI, Pick & Place Machines, Reflow Oven, or other SMT equipment will be an added advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Assist in identifying and resolving machine or production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Complete maintenance records and reports as required.
