Job summary

WINTOO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking energetic entry-level candidates for our face-to-face field sales team in Malaysia.

No previous sales experience is required, as you will be trained to introduce products, conduct demonstrations and assist customers with their purchases. You will work at assigned locations around Selangor (Puchong area), following the daily sales process and attending training sessions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Willing to work at different assigned field locations.

• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, prices and warranty information.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, promotion or customer service is an advantage but is not compulsory.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
• Positive, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work at different assigned field locations.
• Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Monthly salary of RM3,000-RM3,500.
• Additional performance-based sales commission.
• Product knowledge and practical sales training.
• Hands-on coaching from Trainers and Team Leaders.
• Career progression to Trainer or Team Leader based on performance.
