TimesConsult in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor open to fresh graduates to join our team in Selangor. Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying is required.

Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive guidance and training to help you develop professionally. You will assist with cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts, while reviewing contractor claims and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
• Preferably experience in a QS consultancy or in a role involving Quantity Surveying, either in consultancy or construction.
• Willing to learn and develop professionally.
• Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided to support you in carrying out your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Review and assess claims submitted by contractors.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely costing for management.
