Job summary

Dimension Bid Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Field Operator to join the E-Line Operations team. Fresh graduates are welcomed to gain hands-on exposure to offshore well intervention activities and related field operations.

You will assist with equipment preparation, inspections, mobilization, and data recording while ensuring adherence to HSSE standards and quality control. This entry-level role offers on-site training and opportunities to advance in oil & gas operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience in Oil & Gas operations is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic engineering software is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work offshore when required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in E-Line operational activities both at the base and offshore locations.
• Participate in pre-job and post-job briefings with the operations team before and after assignments.
• Support equipment preparation, inspection, function testing, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with rig-up, rig-down, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
• Maintain and inspect E-Line equipment, tools, accessories, and surface equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform inventory checks on tools, spare parts, consumables, and equipment for each assignment.
• Accurately record operational data, equipment history, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry HSSE requirements at all times.
• Work closely with Crew Chiefs and Field Engineers to support safe and efficient job execution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
