Job summary

Precede Precision Engineering / Molding Sdn Bhd (Precede Group) in Penang is hiring entry-level Operators for our manufacturing factory. No experience is required as training will be provided; SPM leavers and fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates may be assigned to production, QC inspection, packing, or other factory duties based on suitability. You will support daily factory operations, operate machines, perform QC checks, sort and pack products, follow instructions,

Qualifications

• SPM leavers / fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions
• Good attitude and punctual
• Able to work overtime or shift when required
• Age 18 and above due to factory work and shift requirements

Responsibilities

• Support daily factory operation activities
• Operate production machines when required
• Perform visual inspection and QC checking when required
• Sort, pack, and arrange products
• Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance
• Record simple production or QC results when needed
• Keep the workplace clean and safe
