Job summary

Orifast Solutions Sdn. Bhd. – Bukit Mertajam, Penang is seeking a Production Operator to operate machines, perform assembly and packing, and help meet daily targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will follow work instructions, maintain a clean work area, report defects, and assist in machine setup and minor troubleshooting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions
• Perform assembly, packing, or basic machining processes
• Ensure products meet quality specifications
• Conduct basic inspection and report defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Meet daily production targets
• Assist in machine setup and minor troubleshooting
• Record production output and report any issues to supervisor

Education

Minimum SPM or equivalent
