Job summary

EPS Consultants is seeking a motivated Electrical & Automation Engineer (fresh graduates welcome) to join our engineering team. You will gain hands-on exposure to electrical and automation systems, working with experienced engineers on maintenance, improvement projects, and automation initiatives.

You will assist in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation, and collaborate with production and maintenance departments to develop skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors,

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or academic project experience in electrical, automation, PLC, robotics, control systems, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting electrical, control, and automation-related issues.
• Assist with PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, motors, and other industrial control systems.
• Assist in maintaining and updating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment.
• Assist in identifying equipment issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Participate in machine improvement, automation, and engineering projects.
• Support the testing and commissioning of new machinery and automated equipment.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve machine efficiency, reliability, productivity, and safety.
