Job summary

HiRO - Harvest Integrated Research Organization is seeking an entry-level Clinical Data Management/Programming teammate to provide efficient, high-quality data services for customer projects in a supportive team environment. You will assist with database design, programming, QC, and data transfers under supervision, developing documentation and collaborating with senior staff to meet customer needs.

Strong English and Chinese communication, attention to detail, and independent work are important

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills required.
Ability to exercise excellent attention to detail.
Aptitude for mathematical calculations
Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problems.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
Write & Resolve data clarifications with guidance from senior staff.
Conduct basic quality control procedures.
Plan and coordinate database design, development, implementation, maintenance, and user support of clinical systems with guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating database design, development, and user support.
Program, test, and document databases per standards under supervision.
Compute and document analyses for statistical tables and listings.
Perform basic quality control procedures.
Support data transfers for internal and external clients under guidance.
