Our client is seeking an Associate SAS Programmer (Junior) to join their team!

Our client is a local financial consultancy firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing top-notch audit and tax services to clients.
Follow protocols: Adhere to clinical trial protocols, CRF, SDTM specification, and CDISC guidelines to convert raw data to SDTM, validate SDTM datasets, maintain SAS programs, package deliverables, and document SDTM/Raw Data related issues.
Develop and define: Create SDTM data specs, define CRF annotation, etc.
Perform data comparison: Use SAS to perform data comparison for different data transfer batches and identify relevant changes if necessary.
Manual data check: Conduct manual data checks on SDTM datasets to ensure the successful conversion of raw datasets without mistakes.
Correct deviations: Use Pinnacle 21 and other tools to correct deviations.
Develop patient profile: Develop patient profile and perform rerun.
Work independently and in a team: Work independently, as well as being a team member working with other statistical analysts and statisticians.
Perform additional duties: Perform other duties as directed by management or senior personnel.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related field
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English, both written and spoken, as you'll be collaborating with international teams and working with global clinical data
Technical Skills: Experience with R and/or Python for statistical analysis is valued but not essential as training will be provided
Industry Experience: Prior experience with clinical data programming, SDTM/CDISC standards, or Pinnacle 21 tools is advantageous, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply
Research Exposure: Internship experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical data is beneficial but not required
