Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to administer and optimize SIEM, monitoring, and security tooling across cloud and on-prem environments. The role covers Splunk, SolarWinds DPM, Imperva DAM, Trend Micro Deep Security, Cisco Thousand Eyes and BigFix, with automation via Ansible and Terraform.

You will maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), manage ITSM CMDB configurations and deliver dashboards and reports to drive service reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIEM and log management with Splunk including data ingestion, search, and alerting.
• Experience with infrastructure performance monitoring using SolarWinds DPM.
• Experience with database activity monitoring using Imperva DAM and reporting.
• Experience with endpoint security management using Trend Micro Deep Security.
• Experience with network performance monitoring using Cisco Thousand Eyes.
• Experience with patch management using BigFix and reporting.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (BMC Helix or equivalent) including CMDB, incidents and changes.
• Knowledge of log aggregation, alert tuning, and service review reporting.

• 5 to 10 years of working experience
