Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd, a MAS-licensed digital payments provider, seeks a Solution Engineer to design end-to-end client solutions, manage API integrations, and guide complex deployments for enterprise and institutional clients.

You will collaborate across product, technology, and operations to deliver scalable integrations and reusable assets, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Five years of relevant experience in PSPs, payment institutions, acquirers, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant integration, settlement and fund flows.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, error handling, and log analysis.
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end client solutions covering accounts, payment products, APIs, transaction flows, fund flows, information flows, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Prepare solution proposals, process flows, technical integration plans, API mappings, test plans, and production launch plans.
• Guide clients through sandbox configuration, API integration, UAT, and production deployment.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to resolve blockers.
• Explain API capabilities, authentication methods, and error handling to clients.
• Provide post-launch support, monitoring, and optimization for client integrations.
• Develop standard templates, playbooks, and training materials.
