Job summary

Bell Ward Malaysia is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions within an enterprise environment. You will work on Generative AI, RAG applications and build scalable AI services, APIs and data integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Docker/Kubernetes. Collaboration with regional stakeholders and teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of AI/ML, software engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with APIs, SQL, data engineering, MLOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions.

• Strong Python and machine learning experience, with knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, with exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, data engineering, MLOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
