Job summary

Systems Limited - APAC Lead AI Engineer – Generative AI will architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI across Azure and on-premises. You will mentor onshore/offshore teams, engage government and enterprise clients, and drive secure, scalable deployments in bilingual environments.

The role requires deep expertise in AI platforms, data governance, system integration, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience including 2–4 years in Generative AI and leadership.
Strong hands-on Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, and microservices.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT models, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with architecture standards.
Define technical architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
Mentor a mixed onshore/offshore AI team; conduct design and code reviews.
Engage government and enterprise clients; lead workshops and architecture presentations.
Identify risks, estimate effort, plan sprints, and review milestones.
Develop production-grade Generative AI apps using LLMs and RAG techniques.
Design enterprise-scale RAG and Agentic AI solutions with governance.
