Job summary

Skill Quotient Technologies Inc – Semenyih, Selangor is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Program Tech Lead) to drive large-scale cybersecurity transformation for a leading financial services client. You will own end-to-end program delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across multiple projects and PMs.

The role requires 10+ years in program or delivery leadership, strong governance, budget and risk management, and experience working with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related.
• Proven experience leading large enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise technology and cybersecurity programs.
• Govern program governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
