Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a seasoned Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and operation of cybersecurity architecture across IT, OT, and cloud ecosystems. You will drive security strategy, oversee SOC operations, and ensure secure-by-design practices align with business risk and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSK).
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership, governance, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture across IT, OT, and cloud environments.
• Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response capabilities, including threat monitoring and containment.
• Oversee cyber investigations, incident reports, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Drive strategy, design standards, and reference architectures for secure-by-design initiatives.
• Manage security platforms (SIEM, EDR/XDR, PAM, DLP, cloud security) and vendor relationships.
