Job summary

Solveit Consultant seeks a Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect in Kuala Lumpur to lead strategic architecture efforts across business and technology domains. You will define target architectures for digital platforms and drive governance, standards, and security across programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in technical leadership, 5+ years in EA leadership, and fintech familiarity, with TOGAF certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of technical leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in an Architecture Leadership / Enterprise Architecture role.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
• Good knowledge of API Management and Digital Platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Payment / FinTech industry is preferred/required.
• TOGAF Certification is an added advantage.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership in defining, governing, and evolving enterprise-wide architecture.

The role will be responsible for aligning IT strategy with business objectives, developing target architecture for digital platforms, establishing architecture standards and design principles, and ensuring scalability, reusability, cost efficiency, reliability, and strong cybersecurity controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of technical leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in an Architecture Leadership / Enterprise Architecture role.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, governance, and design principles.
• Good knowledge of:

The ideal candidate will be a strategic Enterprise Architect with strong architecture governance and technical leadership experience, capable of defining enterprise-wide architecture standards and target-state roadmaps while driving modernization, reuse, security, and cost optimization.

Experience within Payment / FinTech environments, combined with knowledge of Cloud, Microservices, API Management, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks, will be highly valued.
