We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership in defining, governing, and evolving enterprise-wide architecture.
The role will be responsible for aligning IT strategy with business objectives, developing target architecture for digital platforms, establishing architecture standards and design principles, and ensuring scalability, reusability, cost efficiency, reliability, and strong cybersecurity controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and govern the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework across:
- Business Architecture
- Technology Architecture
- Align IT initiatives and technology investments with:
- Business strategies
- Regulatory requirements
- Security and compliance standards
- Define and maintain target architecture for enterprise digital platforms.
- Development frameworks
- Design standards
- Maximize the reuse of existing IT assets, platforms, services, and APIs across future digital initiatives.
- Review existing enterprise architecture and identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring:

- Scalability
- Security
- Operational efficiency
- Review architecture and technical designs for strategic projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Enterprise Technical Architecture Forums / Architecture Review Boards for:
- Technical assessments
- Governance
- Compliance checks
- Define and govern enterprise-wide architecture standards, principles, policies, and guidelines.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their business and technical value.
- Recommend appropriate technology adoption strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects, developers, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, cybersecurity teams, and other senior leadership functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of technical leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in an Architecture Leadership / Enterprise Architecture role.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, governance, and design principles.
- Good knowledge of:
- API Management
- Digital Platforms
- 3–5 years of experience in the Payment / FinTech industry is preferred/required.
- TOGAF Certification is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a strategic Enterprise Architect with strong architecture governance and technical leadership experience, capable of defining enterprise-wide architecture standards and target-state roadmaps while driving modernization, reuse, security, and cost optimization.
Experience within Payment / FinTech environments, combined with knowledge of Cloud, Microservices, API Management, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks, will be highly valued.
