Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives spanning cloud, AI, data, and enterprise platforms. You will coordinate with developers, architects, DevOps, and product managers to define scope, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in technical project management, strong SDLC/DevOps expertise, and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management.
Open to candidates transitioning into a Delivery Manager role, with ~8–10 years of overall experience and leadership capabilities.
Experience in speech transformation technologies (speech-to-text, voice-to-text, conversational AI, chatbots, speech analytics).
Strong understanding of SDLC, software engineering best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern deployment practices.
Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, automation, and digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across cloud, AI, data, and enterprise platforms.
Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, and product managers.
Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and milestones.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Track progress with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Provide status updates and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate onboarding of external vendors or offshore teams.
