Job summary
onsemi is seeking a Technical Owner for Teradyne/Eagle tester platforms and handler integration to support production, advanced troubleshooting and NPI activities for future business growth. You will lead readiness, sustainment of test systems, and collaborate with suppliers on upgrades in a manufacturing setting.
Applicants should have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, 5+ years in semiconductor test manufacturing, and hands-on Teradyne/Eagle experience, plus strong data analysis and mentoring

- >5 years semiconductor test manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne/Eagle testers.
- Experience with semiconductor handlers and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis capability.
