Job summary

Mind Development Center Jaya Ria Sdn Bhd in Alor Gajah, Melaka is seeking an English Language Teacher to join across Melaka branches. The role involves preparing lesson plans, teaching children on schedule, and creating teaching materials.

Training and career advancement are provided, with a focus on teamwork and engaging activities. Candidate should have at least STPM or Diploma in ECE or related field, be fluent in two languages, and be computer-literate.

Qualifications

• Min. STPM or Diploma in ECE or any relevant field with Education.
• Able to read, write speak fluently minimum 2 languages.
• Computer- literate.
• With or without experience in child care.
• Passionate, self- discipline and able to get along with children.
• Program, job scope training and career advancement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plan with guidance.
• Teaching children according to schedule.
• Preparing teaching and learning tools and materials.
• Assist and monitoring children in daily life practice, e.g.: how to perform physical activities etc.
• Plan with team with regard of monthly activities and annual event and provide coaching and training to children to participate in such activity and event.
• Work as team in special occasion e.g. Open Day, Sport Day and Concert Day.
• Participate in meeting to provide ideas and communicate well to ensure smoothness of centre operation.
• Ready classroom to welcome children.
