Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated language teacher to deliver engaging Chinese lessons to children aged 4–12. You will foster a supportive classroom that encourages active participation and enjoyment of learning.

The role involves guiding pronunciation, vocabulary, reading and writing, tracking progress, and preparing materials. You will liaise with parents and collaborate with staff to meet educational goals while ensuring student safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Chinese language lessons for children aged 4–12 years old.
• Create a positive, caring and interactive learning environment.
• Guide students in pronunciation, vocabulary, reading and writing skills.
• Monitor and track students' learning progress.
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students' safety and well-being.
