Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Technician - Engineering, Plant & Process to perform breakdown and preventive maintenance across NGC premises, including production lines, QA, warehouse, utilities and offices.

The role requires basic electrical and mechanical knowledge with a diploma or certificate in a relevant field. Fresh graduates with strong attitude may be considered, and PW2/AO certificates are an advantage.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
• PW2/AO certificates are an advantage.
• 1–2 years' electrical/mechanical experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude may be considered.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown, preventive, and improvement maintenance across NGC premises.
• Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting, and wiring tasks.
• Execute LOTO procedures for all isolation work.
• Troubleshoot machines and perform repairs or modifications.
• Conduct annual maintenance execution within the planned timeline.
• Monitor and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Prepare and update maintenance records per ISO standards.
• Liaise with other departments for multi-team activities.
• Rectify equipment-related complaints from internal and external customers.
• Promote teamwork and uphold safety in maintenance activities.
