Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Technician - Engineering (Plant & Process) for its Sepang facility. The role focuses on keeping scrubber treatment and wastewater systems running efficiently, adhering to SHIELD values and ISO requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering, is familiar with pump and motor maintenance, and can perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including 5S and safety practices. Willing to work shifts and be on-call as needed.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Engineering.
CePIETSo certificates will be an advantage.
Fresh graduate or preferably 1 year working experience in manufacturing/similar industry.
Familiar with pump and motor maintenance.
Mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair knowledge.
Basic fabrication skill.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the upkeep of scrubber treatment system and wastewater treatment system at optimum running condition.
Ensure wastewater and scrubber discharge parameters meeting the requirements at all times.
Carry out breakdown, preventive and improvement jobs related to mechanical and electrical scope.
To troubleshoot machine issues and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
To improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
To liaise with other departments for activities related to multiple department involvement.
To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
