21 DexCom Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a qualified candidate to support daily chemical laboratory operations, ensuring efficient preparation, analysis, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will set up testing lines, calibrate instruments, and assist in equipment qualifications while maintaining thorough documentation.

You will work with various lab tools (YSI, Viscometer, pH meter, weighing scale) and collaborate with process engineers, following GDP and strict safety guidelines in

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications.
• Able to write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence.
• Able to troubleshoot and maintain solution lab production/process equipment.
• Work with external suppliers for equipment PM when the work can only be done by the OEM supplier.
• Perform equipment moves and setups under supervision of process/equipment engineers.
• Familiar with GDP and standard laboratory practices, specifically handling hazardous chemicals.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments (YSI, Viscometer, pH Meter, weighing scale) to ensure accurate results.
• Perform preventive and reparative maintenance duties on Solution Lab Equipment and Fixtures.
• Maintain documents, PM documents, Pass-downs, Track-it works orders and IQ/OQ equipment validations.
• Assist with the execution of equipment qualifications and testing as needed.
• Work with external suppliers for the equipment PM if the work can only be done by the OEM supplier.
