Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the chemical lab activities in a fast-paced environment. You will execute preparation, testing and analysis of chemical solutions, maintain and calibrate instruments, and assist with equipment qualifications and maintenance within the Lab Operations team.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook and the ability to work shifts, including weekends, are

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific/technical documents related to equipment specifications.
• Able to write routine reports and pass-downs.

Responsibilities

• Execute preparation, testing and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Perform preventive and reparative maintenance on lab equipment and fixtures.
• Manage PM documents, pass-downs and equipment validations; assist with spare part inventories.
• Support equipment qualifications and setup activities with process/engineering teams.
• Operate hand and power tools and measurement devices as required.
• Be prepared to work shifts, including weekends.
